雖然很不認同菲律賓政府及警方在整件事上的做法，但是我們現在可以做的就是一起為受傷害的人禱告，願生還者勇敢地活下去，過世的會永留心中。

不知不覺, 又一年

這是天父給我們的福氣

Blueberry Yogurt Creamcheese

天氣高達三十四度，我也不想跟焗爐硬碰，便造了這款冷凍甜品，我給它起了一個很長的名字:Blueberry Yogurt Creamcheese。參考了甜品書，但因為超市的whipping cream太貴了，便用yogurt代替，加上這個新方法不需要餅底，令一切都很容易呢～最喜歡就是這樣輕省隨意的步驟！
用了陳二姊之前給我的日本cream cheese（好似好巴閉咁），加上上一次剩下來的藍莓果醬（另加陳二姊的portion），再混合yogurt，蛋黃，檸檬汁，糖，搞搞搞～就ok！
其實最好玩的是把mixture倒入放了保鮮紙的杯子裡，然後將其扭作一個球體，但由於我用的杯子不夠深，所以平了頂。我很喜歡那種在白色的芝士上的色彩，好像一片即將被風吹散的紫雲，雖然有點像藍藥水．．．還有，這個純cream cheese都幾滑架～
